summer plans
This summer I’m transcribing, shaping, and editing a memoir/oral history encompassing several generations of the Mexican-American side of my family, a project that feels more necessary than others right now. Stylistically, Svetlana Alexievich is a big inspiration, especially Voices from Chernobyl. Here’s a picture of my dad as a kid.
